What happens at the consultation
The doctor asks what has changed and when, whether you have had children and how, where you are with the menopause, and what you have already tried, including pelvic floor training and vaginal oestrogen. They examine you, go through the list of conditions that rule the treatment out, and record your starting scores for pain, dryness and the look and feel of the tissue. Then they tell you plainly whether EMfemme 360 fits your symptoms, whether the Emsella chair we provide at the same address is the better plan for leaks, and what the course involves, in writing. A female practitioner can deliver the treatment if you ask. The how it works page describes the treatment and the FAQ answers the rest.
The clinic
The clinic is doctor led and CQC registered, and every session is run by a trained practitioner on a genuine BTL EMfemme 360 applicator with a new single-use tip every session. Our patients review the clinic on review.clinic, where the clinic holds 4.9 out of 5 from 49 reviews, with 100% saying the treatment was worth it (November 2026).
